Fruit sponge pudding
2-3 cups stewed fruit
100g butter, softened
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 180C bake
Cream butter and sugar
Add egg and vanilla, combine
Add flour, milk and baking powder
Once combined spoon evenly over fruit in a pan.
Bake for 30 mins until a toothpick comes out clean.
