Pasta casserole

1 cup macaroni pasta
1 Tbsp oil
500g beef or venison mince
1/2 onion, diced
2 x cans baked beans
1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 heaped Tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp beef stock powder
1 cup grated cheese

Preheat oven to 180C.
Cook macaroni to packet instructions minus a minute or two. Add oil to a saucepan over medium-high high heat and add onion, cooking for a couple of minutes, then add mince and cook until browned. Mix in baked beans, Worcestershire sauce, spices, tomato paste and stock powder, and continue cooking until heated through, take off the heat and then combine with the macaroni. Add to an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
