Venison Aloo Keema

500g Peeled Agria Potato's
500g venison mince
2 onions finely diced
1.5 cups frozen peas
2 cans tomatoes
1 Tbsp crushed garlic
1 Tbsp crushed ginger
1 tsp cumin seeds/powder
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp canola oil
1 Fresh Lemon
Fresh Coriander
salt to taste
Greek yogurt to serve
garam masala to serve
Roti/Paratha/Naan to serve

Heat frypan to medium-high heat, add spices, onions and saute till onions are browned, whilst browning onions - prepare water for boil and add cubed potatoes, boil until just tender. deglaze the onion pan with 2 tbsp of water, add garlic and ginger and saute for 1 minute, add venison mince and brown thoroughly till moisture dries, break mince into very small pieces. add tomatoes, further spices for taste. whilst simmering tomatoes, Drain potatoes, add potatoes to tomato mix, fry off mixture till dry-ish, add frozen peas and cook peas until still firm. add garam masala, squeezed lemon juice and fresh coriander.

Serve with fresh cooked basmati rice and bread of your liking. add good sized dollop of greek yoghurt to serve.
