Venison Tacos
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 onion, diced
500g venison mince
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp chilli powder
1 Tbsp paprika
1.5 Tbsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
juice from 1 lemon and 1 orange, or 3 lemonade lemons
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4-1/2 cup water
Add olive oil and fry onion until turning clear, add garlic and cook for another couple minutes, then add the venison mince and cook until brown. Add the spices and salt + pepper, cooking for a further minute or two. Add the liquids and then simmer until reduced to desired texture. Serve with lettuce, red onions, cheese, sour cream and salsa.
